Meet a Valued Team Member, Mackenzie

Our team members proudly share our philosophy, and we are proud to offer you the very best in care and service. We wanted to take some time this month to help you learn a little more about one of our dedicated team members, Mackenzie.
Since Mackenzie is our patient coordinator, she is usually one of the first friendly faces you see when you come to the office. She joined our team in February 2021, so if you have not visited us in a while, she will be a new team member to meet. Mackenzie greets our guests when they arrive and helps them check in. She can also help you schedule your next appointment and answer treatment and insurance questions. Never hesitate to express your concerns or ask questions. Mackenzie is friendly and understanding and always happy to help.
Mackenzie has always been interested in the field of dentistry. She really developed a love for it when she went through her orthodontic journey. Mackenzie loves seeing the progress that is made through all the stages of treatment. She loves helping and being a part of other people achieving their oral health goals. Mackenzie wants patients to know that the entire dental team is there to provide the best, personalized treatment for each person. Patients should never feel embarrassed or fearful when coming to the office. We are there to make you feel comfortable and provide the treatments that will restore your confidence in your smile and yourself.
When she’s not in the office, you may find Mackenzie busy writing. Many people are surprised to learn that she is a published author. During her free time, she writes articles for a New York based blog site. She has also been published in a local magazine. Mackenzie also enjoys reading and spending time with her family. Given the opportunity, she would love to travel to Ireland and Sicily.
